Image Analysis
Image Analysis from Single Images to Multi-dimensional Sets
Contrast manipulation - altering the pixel values so that objects are more easily visualized.
Montaging - allows a group of high-resolution, higher magnification images to be formed into a single, lower magnification high resolution image. This works for both 2-D and 3-D image sets.
Feature extraction, sorting, tracing and counting - 2-D and 3-D, fluorescent or transmitted light images
Extended depth of field algorithms - Allows a 3-D data set to be projected in 2-D. This works for both small and large objects (both bright field & fluorescent) and no point-spread function (PSF) is required or calculated. Works best for objects where there are only small amounts of blur or for objects that do not deconvolve, i.e. live objects, large bright field objects, etc.
Object tracking and alignment (over time)
Deconvolution (AutoQuant) 2-D and 3-D - both bright field and fluorescence; adaptive blind and non-blind (PSF based)
